Carlos: Ronaldo Integral To Our Plans
Assistant coach Carlos Queiroz insists that Cristiano Ronaldo is going nowhere, despite newspaper speculation linking the player with a move to Spain.A United spokeswoman yesterday denied the rumours, before Queiroz echoed the denial and insisted that Ronaldo is vital to the future of the Club.Queiroz told Sky Sports: "All the players in Manchester who are in our plans will not be leaving the club."
"Ronaldo is fundamental because the project which we have for Manchester in the next few years needs players of his quality.Carlos, who has heard nothing about supposed interest from Barcelona and Real Madrid, added: "I do not know anything other than Cristiano is a player of Manchester. I think he will stay until the end of his contract.
"There are no reasons to speculate on his future."Report by Steve Bartram.
